HOW does Golf Therapy work?
Firstly, it is necessary to release the trapped negative emotions in the body using E.F.T.
(Emotional Freedom Technique, a non- intrusive therapy that works in a similar way to acupuncture, without the needles).Then, we change the negative limiting beliefs to positive ones, using a technique called Psych-K. Also, we help people to understand themselves, using ‘The Mind Game’ (a self-development programme).
